Online Meditation course for beginners - "With the flow of the breath"
Tuesdays 16:30 - 17:30 (Janaki) Free places
Registration through our reservation system here. Questions: firstname.lastname@example.org.The course will start 19.1., 10 meetings every Tuesday. Price of the whole course is 1700 CZK. Possibility to pay for the first class (170,-) and then decide to continue.
If you miss the class, there will be recording of each lesson for you. The course will be interactive with space for sharing and questions, feedbacks in the end of each lesson.
Meditation is a practice which offers many benefits especially relevant to our fast paced world, and yoga offers many different meditation practices as tools to manage and develop the various parts of our inner world.
This course will focus on developing a firm base from where to practice meditation, addressing important issues such as a good sitting posture.
We will explore different practices and ways of practising meditation from a yogic perspective.
The practices are all guided and in terms of the mind they are more dynamic.
